This is an important part of the Course as this is where you look at your Personal Core Values. Our values are our Rudder they steer us in business/Career/ Personal. If you do not know your Values you are about to learn them and if you do know your Values it is always great to re-visit them as you change and you may want to change your Values. You will continue to learn about yourself, Self-Awareness and keep growing and developing. I do hope you have some ‘light bulb’ moments while working on the Reflect & Assess Phase?

What we will be covering in this session:

  • You start looking at your Personal Core Values
  • You start Assessing your Current Situation
  • Looking at You and Work

If you have difficulty with the exercises in this Phase or any Phase, and you find it is upsetting please seek some help. This Phase should not upset you where you need to seek help, however, be kind to yourself and look after yourself.


  • The most important thing is to not put pressure on yourself. You do this at your own pace.
  • Relax and enjoy your learning
  • Always have your journal close by to jot down ideas/ thoughts/concerns
  • Have a beverage close by
  • Turn off your phone
  • Have a notepad handy
  • Pen/pencil/coloured pens
