DAY 1: Reflecting on past jobs.

Hello, Today is about taking a look at your past jobs and paying particular attention to what you liked about them, what you did not like about them, and what memories you have of them, both positive and negative.

Please do not forget to finish off with ‘what you are grateful for’. I like this exercise as sometimes we can forget what we have achieved, how we feel about ourselves, this is a ‘good feeling’ exercise.
